Returns and exchanges:
Returned goods
As a general rule, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancelations once your order is confirmed. If, however, there is a mistake made on our part, we will accept returned goods.
In the case of defective goods, they may be returned for refund or exchange.
Please contact us by e-mail or phone. Return postage of the defective goods will be borne by our company.
Returns should be made within seven days after receiving the goods. Only unused goods are eligible for return, so please consider carefully before ordering.

Exchange:
If the goods are of a lesser quality upon delivery, or damaged or soiled during transit, they may be replaced. In such cases, the cost of return postage will be borne by us.
However, if replacement goods are unavailable for such reasons as being out of stock, we will refund the item price.

We will not accept returned goods in the following cases:
- Goods have been used
- Scratches or damages are the fault of the customer
- Contact is not made within seven (7) days of receiving the goods

Other:
As a general rule, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancelations once your order is confirmed.
In the unlikely event that size, body color and quantity, etc, differs from the order, please let us know within seven (7) days after the arrival of the goods. When there is no contact within seven (7) days after the good are delivered, it is assumed that the goods conform to the order.
